SHIPPING

Once the items are shipped, and have left our factory, the estimated delivery times are:

- Spain & Europe: 4/5 working days.

- Rest of the world: 7/10 working days.

When your order has left our factory, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking information, so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Since we do deduce the Spanish VAT in advance for all non EU orders, Meermin is not responsible of possible customs taxes to be applied upon arrival of the packages to the final destination.

RETURNS

Upon receiving your order, if it doesn't fit or you just like to return it, you have 15 calendar days from delivery date to return the items. We will not accept any return made once this period has expired.

Before proceeding a return note that:

- The product must be brand new & in an unworn condition. (Scratched soles will not be accepted, so please try on the shoes in a non-scratch surface).

- The product must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. Including the original packaging (Meermin shoe box + dust bag/s + extra laces).

- Now, please print this FORM, fill it out and place it inside the package.

- Please, let us know in advance via email (info@meermin.es) that you are shipping the shoes back, so we can prepare the item/s you need, in order to fasten up the process as much as possible. All returns must be sent to our Head Office (Address to follow) within 15 calendar days from delivery date.

Note: When sending an item/s for return or exchange, the shipping costs to ship the item/s back are customer's responsibility. Meermin will ship back the new item/s at no extra cost for the customer. In the case you prefer a refund, we will process it in the next 10 calendar days after receiving the goods back. Note that original-shipping costs will not be refunded; Meermin will only refund the price of the item/s.

Once we have received the article/s and have checked they accomplish the above-mentioned conditions, Meermin will return the amount paid for the item/s. This direct cost of returning the item/s has to be paid by the customer.

If you are shipping back any item/s, Meermin recommends using National Post Service. If the value of the item/s is over 75EU, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item/s.

If the item/s is being returned due to a manufacturing defect, Meermin will have to inspect the item/s and determine if that is the case before processing any refund or ship a replacement item/s. If you decide to be refunded, we are only able to issue it to the original payment method you used to complete the original purchase. If Meermin receives a pair that is claimed to be defective, and after inspection it is not the case, Meermin will return the pair to the customer, who will be responsible for the shipping expenses.

CANCELATIONS

MEERMIN will accept cancellations for orders upon request before they have left our warehouse, except for special orders which can not be cancelled. To proceed with a cancellation, you must access to our login page, enter your username and password and proceed with the cancellation. Requested cancellations will not be accepted via mail. Once delivered your order cancellations are not accepted them for operational reasons. If you just want to cancel the order once it has been assigned or left in our stores, you should proceed to make your return, follow the step in Returns menu. You can also contact our Customer Service to cancel your order, provided it has not been sent.
