Once the items are shipped, and left our factory, the estimated delivery times are:

 

  • Spain & Europe: 4/5 working days.
  • Rest of the world: 7/10 working days.

 

When you order has left our factory, you will receive an email with the tracking information, so you can check the status of your shipment at any time.

Since we do deduce the VAT  in advance on all non EU orders, Meermin is not responsible of possible customs taxes to be applied upon arrival of the packages to the final destination.

 

RETURNS

 

Upon receiving your order, if it does not fit or you are not satisfied. The customer has a 15 day period from the date of receipt to return the item.

 

  • The product have to be brand new, unworn condition.
  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was sent and in original packaging (Meermin box + bag/s). If the original shipping packaging is not available, it should be replaced by one of similar size and capacity.
  • All returns must be sent to our Head office (Address to Follow) within 30 days of original purchase.
  • Original shipping costs will not be refunded back to the customer. When sending items for return or exchange, they should be made through our email: info@meermin.es , once we have approved the returning, please ship them back to the address indicated below (Meermin recommends shipping via National Post):

Once we have received the articles/s and check they to comply the above conditions, MEERMIN will return the amount paid for the item/s. The direct cost of returning the item/s shall be paid by the client, except for manufacturing defects or quality defects, where MEERMIN will be responsible for the costs of returning the item/s,(The maximum amount of shipping costs returned will be the same paid when the order was proceeded, so we do recommend to return the packages via National Post).

If the item is returned due to a manufacturing defect or quality by which MEERMIN is responsible, we will refund the full amount within 10 business days. The subscription will automatically be made on the same credit card or bank account specified by the customer, depending on the method of payment that has been used.

In the case of changes, the buyer is responsible for all delivery and collection costs. Once we have received the articles/s, we will send the new size or model/s, using the same service that was used for the original purchase at no cost to the client.

 

CANCELATIONS

 

MEERMIN will accept cancellations for orders upon request before they have left our warehouse, except for special orders which can not be cancelled. To proceed with a cancellation, you must access to the section ****, enter your username and password and proceed with the cancellation. Requested cancellations will not be accepted via mail. Once delivered your order cancellations are not accepted them for operational reasons. If you just want to cancel the order once it has been assigned or left in our stores, you should proceed to make your return, follow the step in Returns menu. You can also contact our Customer Service to cancel your order, provided it has not been sent.
